UK Delivery – Front Drive / Kerbside

We ensure the delivery of all our products right to your front drive or kerbside within the UK. Your ice bath will be securely placed in a plywood crate on a pallet outside your property. Please note, moving the ice bath to its final location requires two people due to its weight (approximately 85kg for the bath and an easily set up cooler) but isn’t included in our service due to the varying needs of each customer and property.

Shipping Fees

• UK Delivery: Free delivery, covering all areas within the UK. These Ice baths are hand made to order, and as such, delivery times are estimates and given in good faith, aiming for the earliest possible delivery within 90 days of accepting your order.

International Shipping – Outside the UK & EU

We’re pleased to offer worldwide shipping. For international deliveries, please be aware that you may be subject to additional taxes and duties, which are your responsibility. It’s important to note that any customs taxes and duties that remain unpaid may result in additional fees, for which the customer will be liable.

2-Year Limited Warranty Overview

Emperor Ice Baths come with  a comprehensive 2-year Limited Warranty covering both residential and commercial use. This warranty includes replacement parts for defects in workmanship and covers malfunctions arising from normal use conditions.

What's Covered:

• Parts Warranty: All parts are covered for 2 years from the delivery date.
• Specific Components: The condensing unit, chiller, water pump, LCD screen, and OZONE filtration are all under a 2-year warranty.

Exclusions:

• Damage due to chemical additions (without written approval), neglected filter care, power outages, and misuse or abuse.
• Natural variations in wood are not considered defects.
• External damage to wood surfaces is the customer's responsibility.
• Warranty void if the product is altered, neglected, or misused.
• Regular maintenance is the customer's responsibility; failure to maintain properly voids this warranty.
• Repairs must be conducted by Emperor Ice Baths approved professionals.

Warranty Process:

• For warranty service, contact us at info@heracleswellness.co.uk with your purchase details and a description of the issue.
• Warranty claims must be made within the 2-year period.
• Covered repairs include part costs and shipping within mainland UK. For locations outside mainland UK, parts will be shipped for local fitting.

Wooden Baths Specifics:

• Covers faults occurring from normal use, excluding extended empty periods, discoloration, or damage from improper cleaning.

Cooler Specifics:

• 24-month warranty from delivery, covering parts but not labor costs.
• Excludes damage from improper cleaning, neglect, or environmental conditions.

After Warranty Support:

• Post-warranty period, Emperor Ice Baths offers support, with costs borne by the customer.

Order Cancellation

• Within 7 Days: Full refund to the original payment method if you change your mind within 7 days of placing your order.
• Day 8 to Day 27: 70% refund for bespoke products and coolers if cancelled after the 7-day cooling-off period.
• After Day 28: 50% refund of the order amount.

Order Returns

• 30-Day Return Policy: If you're not satisfied with your product, you have 30 days to request a return.
• Bespoke Products: For bespoke ice baths, we will uninstall and collect the product within 14 days of the return request. A full inspection ensures no damage during transit from your property to our headquarters, safeguarding your refund.
• Self-arranged Returns: If arranging your return, document the condition of the product with photos and videos to info@heracleswellness.co.uk. Damages or losses during transit by your chosen courier may affect the refund amount.
• Refund Process: Upon product collection and inspection, a 70% refund is issued within 2-5 working days. The delivery fee is non-refundable for returns based on a change of mind.
