About Heracles Wellness

Heracles Wellness helps people build proper recovery and wellness spaces at home: saunas, cold plunges, hot tubs and specialist wellness equipment that are chosen carefully, installed sensibly and supported properly.

The business is led by Keith and Brian, combining Keith's engineering eye for practical detail with Brian's background in fitness, performance and recovery.

We are not here to sell you a vague wellness fantasy. A sauna or cold plunge is a serious addition to a home. It affects your space, your routine, your electrical setup, your delivery access, and the way you actually use your garden or home spa. Done properly, it becomes part of everyday life for years.

That background matters. We look at products with an engineer's eye and a customer's patience: how they are built, how they heat, how they are delivered, how they are wired, and whether they are actually right for the person buying them.

Heracles Wellness was built around a genuine interest in recovery, performance and long-term health.

Keith came to the business from an engineering background, which shows in the way Heracles approaches products and customer advice. The details matter: the heater, the timber, the layout, the electrics, the delivery route, the access, the installation and the aftercare. Wellness equipment only feels simple when someone has done the hard work in the background.

Brian has a background in management consulting, with a varied background in project management, service management, procurement and process improvement. In addition, in 2015 he started Gunsmith Fitness, a brand dedicated to creating premium fitness accessories for some of the world's top athletes. Together, the aim has always been to make high-quality recovery products easier to understand, easier to buy and easier to live with.

That means no vague sales waffle. If a sauna is right for your garden, we will tell you. If something needs more space, better access, a different heater, or a more realistic plan, we will tell you that too.
