* These saunas are delivered from our warehouse in Essex. Delivery is free to the following post codes - E / IG / RM / BA / BD23-99 / BH / CF31-83 / CO / GU / HA / HG / IP / LA1-10 / ME / NR / PO1-22 / SO / SP / SS / TA. Anything further than this will incur a small delivery charge.

There are two options for your delivery method - Standard and Premium. Standard is 3 to 5 working days, and Premium is 1 to 2 working days depending on what time your order is processed.

Delivery Information

Delivery to your doorstep and we will unload it on a tail lift truck and get it as close as possible to your door with a pump truck.

Painting Your Sauna

The main slats of the exterior of the sauna are not pre-painted. This is to avoid damaging the coating during the assembly process. However, all coating/paint is supplied within the pallet along with clear directions on how to apply it. Full instructions for painting can be found here.

DIY Pallet Contents:

• Teknos Aqua Primer Black (0.9L) – Used as the first layer for the sauna base, back wall, and exterior construction panels.

• Teknos Visa Base 3 Black (0.9L) – Applied as the second coat for the sauna base, back wall, and exterior construction panels.

Note: The sauna must be painted in two stages. First, apply the Aqua Primer Black. Once dry, follow with a coat of Visa Base 3 Black.

• INARIJÄRVI (0.125L) – For treating the sauna floor dowels and interior surfaces, specifically halfway up from the base of the sauna.

• HELO AQUA 40 – Designed exclusively for the treatment of the sauna floor interior.

At Heracles Wellness, we are confident in the quality of the products we offer. Therefore, we provide a 2-year guarantee on all Saunasell products. Full terms of the warranty can be found in the user manuals, but here are the main points;

• The products come with a 24-month warranty that covers material and production defects, effective from the delivery date.
• The warranty is applicable only if the user has adhered to the guidelines outlined in the user manuals.
• The warranty is invalidated if the sauna is not assembled by Saunasell OÜ.
• Please note: Warranty periods vary for products mounted on trailers and those intended for commercial use.
• The warranty does not extend to natural wood characteristics such as discolouration, dimensional changes, or cracking due to fluctuating or excessive humidity.
• Exclusions also apply to normal wear and tear from usage, as well as damages resulting from improper installation or misuse.
• Weather-related damages, including those caused by thunder, are not covered under the warranty.
• Damage resulting from incorrect installation by the client is also excluded from coverage.
• The warranty will be void if unauthorised modifications or repairs are attempted, or if the product is used for purposes other than its intended function.
• Incorrect storage or maintaining the product under inappropriate conditions will void the warranty.
• To activate the warranty service, any defects must be reported to the seller within 7 days of discovery.

Returns and Refunds Policy for Sauna Kits

At Heracles Wellness, we are committed to providing high-quality sauna kits designed for your wellness journey. To ensure clarity and satisfaction, please review our returns and refunds policy for sauna kits.

Policy Overview

• Acceptance Upon Assembly: Starting the assembly of the sauna kit constitutes acceptance of the product. Once assembly has begun, the kit is considered used, and returns or refunds are no longer valid.

• Pre-Assembly Returns: If you decide to return the sauna kit before assembly, it must be in its original, unopened packaging. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, subject to a 15% restocking fee. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

• Damaged or Defective Items: If your sauna kit arrives damaged or with manufacturing defects, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will assess the issue and provide a remedy, such as replacement parts or a full exchange.

Return Process

1. Contact Us: Notify us via email at info@heracleswellness.co.uk with your order details and the reason for return.

2. Prepare the Product: Ensure the sauna kit is securely repackaged in its original packaging to prevent damage during return transit.

3. Ship the Product: Return the item to the address provided by our team. Please note, we cannot accept liability for items lost or damaged in transit, so we recommend using a tracked service.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days, minus the restocking fee, after the returned item has been inspected and confirmed to be in its original condition.

Legal Considerations

Our policy aligns with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which requires that products be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation, and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you may cancel certain purchases within 14 days, but this does not apply once assembly has begun, as the product is no longer in its original saleable condition.
