Really nice quality product that looks great. We use ours a lot for contrast therapy, sauna and ice bath. It is as good as any sauna I have used in spas or hotels. I recommend the installation team they were punctual, tidy and really professional. Keith and the team have been really helpful with technical support for our electrician. Aftercare service is excellent. I highly recommend.

Quality product. Still have to do the internal assembly but the external build is complete. I quickly wished I had paid for the installation to enjoy the sauna out of the box experience. The assembly costs are more than fair for the amount of work involved.

We’ve only had the sauna installed for a few days and have yet to give it a proper go, but the product is very high quality. The wood smells fantastic and it looks great. My advice would be to use the installation team to build it for you. Unless you have some skills or a lot of time on your hands, it would be a big job to do it yourself, and if you’re going to spend this much money on the sauna, you want it done well. The installers were excellent, very polite and hard working. Heracles themselves have been excellent to deal with throughout. Keith has made time to answer a lot of questions from me and provided comprehensive answers throughout including help on the day my electrician arrived to hook up the sauna. Overall, impressive.

The sauna itself that really shines. Nestled beautifully in a small garden space, it manages to feel both secluded and immersive – a true sanctuary in the heart of London. The design is sleek yet natural, blending well with the outdoor environment and adding a serious wow-factor to the space.

If you aren’t ‘In the know’ about saunas, but want one installed in the uk, I wouldn’t recommend anywhere else. Keith was so helpful throughout the process: choosing indoor/outdoor, sizing, design, options, installation process and finally electrical connection to post install follow up.

Most importantly, I couldn’t be happier w the final product. It’s a great looking, functional bit of kit that makes the final piece of a mini wellness centre - next to a cold plunge and endless pool. Couldn’t be happier and thoroughly recommend.

Everything about this experience was excellent, the chat to Brian about which sauna to buy, the endless patiently answered questions, the delivery, install and liaison with my electrician. we are so happy with this perfect for two people, can fit three sauna. I am sure it will be used over and over again, thank you for the best customer service and product.

I used Keith and his team on another product and when I saw they also did hot tubs I knew I could rely on them to provide advice over selecting the correct model to meet my needs. I’ve had this a couple of weeks and it is absolutely fantastic.

I have been a sauna user for the past 6 years, but when we moved house I needed to have a new one, and this Jaquar is best quality and a very good design. It heats up quickly and is smart and economical. My only criticism is the brochure and operating instructions which need attention and a rewrite! Otherwise excellent and happy. I think it is extremely well made and I am surprised at the quality of the wood.

I had a great experience throughout purchasing my sauna with Heracles. Keith was really patient through the whole process while a decided the best option. I went with the Camilla through his recommendation and I couldn't be more pleased with it. The quality of the materials are superb and the sauna performance exceeded what I was expecting. I went with the installation option which I would recommend if you are not an experienced DIY person Construction took about 3-4 hrs which is much quicker than I would have been able to do! Fitting the electrics was a big job and I was fortunate to have a neighbour do this but don't underestimate this part. Overall a fantastic experience with a great company.

Heracles have been amazing from point of enquiry to after care check ins. Keith and the team kept us informed throughout, delivery occurred without a hitch and the install team were efficient and courteous.

The sauna quality is amazing. We asked for a smaller size due to having a Victorian terrace in London and trying to balance a bit of a garden for kids still kicking a ball around and Heracles created a bespoke option.

Easy to use (2 buttons and 1 is to set a timer). We followed the pre delivery directions from Heracles and shared pictures of the route from street to garden before arrival.

We are extremely happy and happily recommend this sauna and Heracles.
