What are your shipping details?
We offer free delivery to the UK mainland, and delivery times may vary depending on location, order size, and delivery method. Most products are delivered within 2-5 days, however, items that are made to order, particularly our custom saunas will take longer. Our estimated delivery dates are displayed on our product pages.
What is your return policy?
We have a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Damaged or defective items can be returned immediately. Some items cannot be returned. We do not accept returns for sale items or gift cards. Refunds will be issued within 10 business days of receiving and approving the return.
Do you offer free installation
for your products?
We offer free delivery on all products. However, installation is not included as
standard but is usually available for an extra fee. Please contact us if you wish
to have your product installed.

Damages and Issues?
We urge you to inspect your order upon delivery and get in touch within 24 hours if the item is damaged, defective, or if you have received the incorrect item. If it is damaged, you are entitled to either a refund or a replacement at no extra cost.
