The install team were faultless and we have since enjoyed the sauna to unwind and enjoy the space with family and friends. The space help you relax instantly and being in your garden means you can enjoy any time with ease. Bring on the cold winter months! Highly recommend

If you aren’t ‘In the know’ about saunas, but want one installed in the uk, I wouldn’t recommend anywhere else. Keith was so helpful throughout the process: choosing indoor/outdoor, sizing, design, options, installation process and finally electrical connection to post install follow up.

Most importantly, I couldn’t be happier w the final product. It’s a great looking, functional bit of kit that makes the final piece of a mini wellness centre - next to a cold plunge and endless pool. Couldn’t be happier and thoroughly recommend.

Everything about this experience was excellent, the chat to Brian about which sauna to buy, the endless patiently answered questions, the delivery, install and liaison with my electrician. we are so happy with this perfect for two people, can fit three sauna. I am sure it will be used over and over again, thank you for the best customer service and product.

I used Keith and his team on another product and when I saw they also did hot tubs I knew I could rely on them to provide advice over selecting the correct model to meet my needs. I’ve had this a couple of weeks and it is absolutely fantastic.

To get the negatives out of the way before concentrating on the positives:
The delivery was delayed by a day meaning I had to take more time off to receive it. The instructions were a little unclear at times and the order of some of the extra essentials wasn’t made evident. A step by step guide from Heracles rather than the sauna manufacturer might be useful.

So when things were unclear an immediate response via WhatsApp sorted out the problems.
The Sauna shell went up quickly with two of us and then I finished it off myself. It looks and smells lovely and I can’t wait to connect up the power and turn it on.

Keith and the team are absolutely fantastic. Kept me informed through out the whole process. Helped arrange the build team to come in the day after delivery. Such great quality and service. Highly recommend.

I have been a sauna user for the past 6 years, but when we moved house I needed to have a new one, and this Jaquar is best quality and a very good design. It heats up quickly and is smart and economical. My only criticism is the brochure and operating instructions which need attention and a rewrite! Otherwise excellent and happy. I think it is extremely well made and I am surprised at the quality of the wood.

I had a great experience throughout purchasing my sauna with Heracles. Keith was really patient through the whole process while a decided the best option. I went with the Camilla through his recommendation and I couldn't be more pleased with it. The quality of the materials are superb and the sauna performance exceeded what I was expecting. I went with the installation option which I would recommend if you are not an experienced DIY person Construction took about 3-4 hrs which is much quicker than I would have been able to do! Fitting the electrics was a big job and I was fortunate to have a neighbour do this but don't underestimate this part. Overall a fantastic experience with a great company.

Heracles have been amazing from point of enquiry to after care check ins. Keith and the team kept us informed throughout, delivery occurred without a hitch and the install team were efficient and courteous.

The sauna quality is amazing. We asked for a smaller size due to having a Victorian terrace in London and trying to balance a bit of a garden for kids still kicking a ball around and Heracles created a bespoke option.

Easy to use (2 buttons and 1 is to set a timer). We followed the pre delivery directions from Heracles and shared pictures of the route from street to garden before arrival.

We are extremely happy and happily recommend this sauna and Heracles.

Recently ordered for my commercial gym in Dubai, was very happy with the support from the team at Heracles during and even after delivery. Excellent piece of equipment to have in a gym as an additional perk for members. Will be ordering again for my other projects!

So pleased with our sauna. It’s well made and chose fully assembled. Following the electrical installation I’ve used it on a regular basis. I love it and purchased it to go alongside my swim pond for contrast therapy.

The team at Hercules have been there to answer and questions and kept me updated throughout the purchase and delivery. I also had a post delivery call to check all was ok.

I don’t normally give reviews however I wanted to leave some positive comments for this company. The sales service is excellent delivery day was flexible around my ability to be at home. Building the sauna was straightforward instructions were easy to follow, I had a local builder complete most of the work and I supported on the project where 2 people were required. We contacted Keith directly a couple of times for clarification on the instructions and he responded within 10 mins of the question with extremely helpful advice. We are now using the sauna it’s absolutely amazing!! Heats up in 15 mins we feel so relaxed and refreshed when we are finished !! I would recommend the company and product to all who read this and I have also shared with all are friends. Great value for money !!

I can’t recommend this company enough. From the initial call, information provided, communication throughout purchasing delivery, flexibility with delaying installation, quality of the installers, and the overall quality of the product. There are not many companies that deserve a five star review, but these guys certainly do. I was a bit nervous ahead of purchase as I wasn’t able to see the sauna in person. The reviews were certainly helpful. I noticed a 3 star review, and the reason was complexity around the electric supply. This review was very helpful as I had an electrician visit my house before I purchased the sauna so that I understood what was needed to be done ahead and you’re in the sauna installation. If I hadn’t read this review, I probably would’ve been a bit frustrated with the amount of work that was required. I wanted to mention that here so anybody considering the purchase, does the due diligence around the electrics. My case was particularly difficult because this has to route to a fuse box, and the fuse box is in the middle of my house under the stairs. It was quite difficult for the electrician in my circumstances, and the cost was around £500. I suggest something to be aware of. Heracles do you make it clear that the electrics are out of the professional services scope and that people should research this ahead of committing to an order. Brilliant company brilliant product. Very happy.

Make no mistake, this is a premium product that gives you a sauna experience equivalent to that found in spa’s health clubs etc.

I love my sauna!
I love how it looks, i love how it smells! I love how simple it is to use and I love that it has space for two to lie down.
I was hesitant to order as at the time there were no reviews of this company and there was no offer to pay via PayPal for protection. The price however was very competitive so decided to take the risk and use a credit card. So glad I did!
The instructions are good enough with someone that has an understanding of how to build. It really needs to be thought out though before building as the picture was a little different to the instructions. We were strongly advised by people with a bit of knowledge to have it connected to our electric supply professionally which we did.
All in all, I would happily recommend and am so thankful to my hubby who bought it for my 40th. It really has given me a place of calm to hang out and restore.
It heats up so quick with the 6KW heater, within 30mins it’s at 100 degrees. It’s been in our garden for around 6 months and weathered lovely. Really looking forward to the garden to come into flower now so can enjoy even more..So happy!

What a fantastic buy. We purchased the kit and built the sauna over a week. I would put the install into a few stages. Build the sauna. you need 2 people for the end walls. Treat the outside Helo Aqua 20 & treat the inside Supi Saunasuoja suana care. Install the door and benches and treat benches with supi Laudesouja protective oil . Install mains supply, isolator and LED lighting. We love it. Its relaxing and easily fits 3 people with ample room. The sauna heats up quickly, smells wonderful and holds the heat very well. Wished we bought one years ago as it's a great experience.

I opted for the on site assembly and so glad I did, the chaps who arrived kept me updated with their journey progress and ETA.
Once arrive they were very efficient and ensured they cleaned up the area afterwards. They also went through the sauna and ensured I knew how to operate fully before leaving.

I’d highly recommend the Halas Hele Nano Sauna as a stylish and fantastic outdoor sauna option.

The sauna gets super hot in less than an hour and is an amazing addition to our property and wellness set up!

I have used it regularly over the last 3 months without any issues and would definitely recommend the wireless control set up which is fantastic so you can control it from your phone and even time when you’d like it to come on.

It is perfect as a 1 person Sauna as you can stretch out but I mainly use it with my son and that is fine also.

I’d also recommend Heracles Wellness, Keith’s support both before and after installation has been first class.

Easy to prep and use

We purchased a lid lifter to go with our Hot Tub. It is easy to use and makes light work of removing the lid when you want to use the hot tub. In our view, given that the Hot Tub is for our holiday lodge, which we sublet when we're not there, it is an essential piece of kit as it makes it easy to raise the lid and lower it right back into the correct position. If we left it to our guests to remove the lid by hand and put it down somewhere, then replace it again, we're not sure how long a lid would last. Fitting a lifter is a good investment as it will considerably prolong the life of the lid.
