They say ‘happy wife, happy life’. Well I can vouch for that, we are both extremely happy with our latest addition to home set-up.

From the beginning the sauna was easy to purchase and get delivered (with in a couple of weeks due to stock levels). I had to hand ball off the lorry as the pallet it comes in was too big for the tail lift but that’s about the most difficult part of the whole process.

Instructions were fairly straightforward though I am a builder so have experience in this sort of thing. But most handy DIYers will find this easy enough to build.

If you plan in the time to paint various woods at different stages of the build it will help. i.e paint interior wall and benches prior to fitting the benches makes its easier to reach those otherwise hard to reach places.

The guys sent a really great link with electrical details needed for your electrician so you can prep ahead of time and get materials in place for their arrival. Think it took my guy about three hours to hook it up.

Quality of the thermo wood is excellent keeps the heat in really well. The Heater is easy to operate and within 20mins it’s ready to jump in. Max heat will in time reach 90+degrees which is too hot for me.

Already have friends and family asking about it.

The quality of the black cube sauna really is top notch, from the roof shingles to the heater every component is quality.

Delivery was perfect, on time and professional.  The driver contacted me on route with an ETA  and went out of his way to help me get the large pallet into my garage.

I chose to build the sauna myself which was relatively straightforward and quite enjoyable. The construction guide was comprehensive and easy to follow.

We use our new sausa almost every day and couldn't be happier.

We have now had our Leil 5 Person Sauna with Changing Room running for a few weeks - and absolutely love it. If you want very good quality and excellent service, then absolutely use Heracles. Friendly, efficient & helpful advice all the way through the process. And they ARE right about using one of their recommended electricians unless yours has done saunas before!! We used the install service - which was also perfect - and all the recommended oils (which by the way is not a quick job!). Even had some left over wood which we have used to make the outdoor shower. HUUM heater; good tip from installers - wash stones before put in basket as they have black 'dust'. And HUUM have just released a new app thank goodness as old one rubbish. Having relocated to a rural setting, it was time - at last - for a sauna cabin in the garden.

Thorough research confirmed the quality of the Leil range and the perfect option, for us, of the "round cube double" - an elegant, robust, thermowood construction with ample space as you enter through the separate changing room onwards into the beautifully benched and glazed interior.

The Leil "round cube double" is offered with a range of upgrades, sauna heaters and lights. We chose to keep it simple: just the glazed cabin, to suit our rural setting. However, we did opt for the larger 2.6m size, so that the benches are sufficient for those over 6' to enjoy a full horizontal stretch!

From start to finish, the Heracles Wellness team offered reliable expert advice and communication, as well as very helpful liaison during the delivery and construction phase. I wanted a quality product, but I also needed quality customer care for a complex delivery and technical installation.

The installation - organised by Heracles Wellness - was completed to schedule with real attention to detail: the team of carpenters had extensive experience with sauna construction, including the Leil range.

It was very clear what was included 'in the price' and what we needed to complete ourselves after installation: the electrical connection, interior wall and bench treatments must be completed before first use.

As we await those final stages - and the first sauna in the new cabin - the Leil "round cube double" has already become an exceptional sauna cabin sanctuary: quality and contentment!

Really pleased with the build quality of my Camilla sauna unit, it looks great particularly after applying necessary external and internal oil. Keith and team customer service and communication could not have been better, and Keith helped explain I could put heater on the left hand side of the sauna (as I enter) to help the electrician wire up to adjacent shed unit. After researching several different companies selling saunas, I was very happy to come across Heracles Wellness. I phoned them to ask some questions and they were very helpful in answering all my queries. I then decided to purchase the Insignia Hybrid Sauna.

A delivery date was set and the sauna was delivered as arranged with no problems.
With the help of a friend, we built the sauna and our electrician connected all the electrics up.

I have used the sauna a few times since it’s been up and running and I am very pleased with it as I have Parkinson’s and Rheumatoid Arthritis so hoping it helps alleviate pain and aching.

Well what can I say. From my first enquiry through to installation and commissioning the experience of purchasing this High Quality product from Heracleswellness has been great!. When I spoke to Keith initially I was impressed with his friendly, Knowledgeable and professional manner he answered all my questions and sorted a rapid delivery of my selected Sauna kit. After watching the instructional build video i opted to have their team of experts do the build for me ( in hindsight a good choice and I consider it money well spent to optimise the build quality of the product.) Paval and his installation team arrived promptly and I found them to be a very professional and skillful bunch of lads. They worked Efficiently and left the work area on my patio clean and tidy. Really pleased with both the Sauna and Installation. Quality is far superior to others we looked at.

The Sauna looks incredible. The sales team were the most responsive people that I’ve bought something from in this country. The installation team were second to none - kind, friendly, keen to tell me about everything and ensure all was well with me.
I shopped around a lot and I also think Heracles are best value for money. If you are wondering weather or not to go for it then I irrefutably recommend you do! I’ve added a picture of the team in action. I laid the African railroad sleepers which is a perfect and good looking base.

It arrived faster than I had expected. It came well packed on the back of a large lorry and put on my drive.
It took 2 of us 4 days to put together and the instructions were mostly ok. For the part we weren’t sure on, the flue, we were able to get help from the head office.
It is made from high quality materials and looks great. The timber has been pre-treated which saved me time.
Overall I am very pleased with everything.

If you are considering purchasing a sauna, then look no further than Heracles Wellness saunas, I cannot recommend this company enough-the customer service was exceptional from start to finish. The quality of all the components from the interior to the exterior are first class and made to a very high standard.
With the exception of the electrics, which took half a day, a carpenter with myself fetching, holding and brewing it took us 1-1/2 days to build.
We’ve now been using it for 3 weeks and we cannot believe just how good it is, there isn’t one negative thing I can say about it, or the company, it has exceeded our expectations and we set very high standards in quality and customer service. Once again don’t look any further these are the real deal. Thank you !

Great custom service, I contacted Keith regarding a couple of queries before committing to buy, whom got back to me the same evening (sunday). The kit arrived really quick, packaged very securely, via a flat bed truck and was easy to assemble following the instructions. Had a couple of minor things during assembly but nothing common sense couldn't sort ! Had the sauna now for a few weeks and we really love it. It heats up in about 20mins and holds the heat very well. The heater seems to be of good quality as do the lights. I had looked at various other companies and I'm very glad I choose this one, highly recommended 👌

We could not be happier with our purchase. We have wanted a home sauna for a while but space and cost was always a sticking point. Infrared was an option as these tend to be smaller in size but we really wanted that traditional sauna heat feeling so the Camilla Mini was the absolutely ideal size. When shopping around we found other companies would appear competitive but the timber would be a lower grade like fir wood or thinner. Then other companies would offer a smaller heater which was our biggest concern - pointless having a traditional sauna if it takes ages to heat up. Then when you try and add lighting (which is a must to give it that premium feel) the price goes up even further. I then came across this Camilla Mini complete kit which is a fantastic price but the product itself is so good. I pre ordered the product which arrived on time, i choose to build myself with a family member who is a qualified joiner, it does take time but is straight forward enough to build, all in all it took us just over 2 1/2 days to build and treat with 2 coats of oil. As you can see from the images we choose to flip which side the heater goes as I wanted all the cables hidden to the side facing the house so the side facing the garden looks clean and smart. I then had a qualified electrician fit all the electrics, which again is straight forward if you have easy access to your main board but does take time to run all the armoured cable (try and pre book your electrician with your delivery as you'll want to use it straight away). Using the product is brilliant, the heater is very easy to use and takes approx. 15mins to get to 80 degrees and 25 mins to get to 100+ degrees (this is when used in the month of December), the sauna holds heat really well and we've had 3 people comfortably on the top bench. I would highly recommend this product and the pre sale and after sale help from Keith and Abdullah has been brilliant.

Our Leil Black Cube Sauna has exceeded our expectations in every way. We wanted a sauna which blended with our garden setting, to provide spa like quality without crowding our outdoor space. It's elegant compact design is spacious enough on the inside to fully recline, whilst occupying a relatively small footprint. It's sleek, black exterior has allowed it to blend in with both our vegetation and existing structures.
The smoked glass windows allow us privacy whilst being able to enjoy all the benefits of our garden scenery. The interior is so comfortable we are already doubling up its use as a winter garden room, where we can enjoy observing visiting wildlife which remains oblivious to our presence.
We have opted for the HUUM heater which achieves temperature in under 30 minutes, even when its close to freezing outdoors. The heat is so even it matches anything we have experienced in specialised spa resorts, and the compact design means that half a ladle of water from the elegant bucket supplied, brings an instant zing to the whole cabin. The adjustable LEDs enhance the ambiance of the idyllic Sauna experience.
The installation process was no less pleasing. Keith and Abdullah were so easy and pleasant to deal with. They have constantly checked on my satisfaction, and helped me through all the installation process with several hints and tips. The mechanical installation team were a delight, and negotiated our narrow and inticrate entrance without fuss. A team of three worked tirelessly from dawn until dusk to complete the process in one long day. They were so pleasant, and the handover was simplified by a thorough supplied checklist.
One part of the installation which is seperate, and should not be underestimated (in price or time) is the electrics. It took 2 engineers several hours, just to wire the sauna, and it also needs a seperate supply from the mains unit, which is also a substantial activity. Fortunately Heracles supply a list of experienced electricians which allow for a more efficient and quality process.
It is also easy to overlook the foundations, and I nearly did! Our garden is on a slope and normal foundations would have been costly and time consuming. So at the last minute, I chose to employ ground screws. I was lucky to discover a company called 'No more digging'. They too were a delight to work with, and they interacted with Heracles to produce an unobtrusive substructure, that they prebuilt. This meant the entire foundation was installed inside 90 minutes at a very reasonable cost!!
This option which impressed the Heracles team, has the bonus of maintaining excellent air circulation underneath the sauna, but does raise its height such that a step access needs to be factored in.
Don't just take our word for it, but our son and daughters are visiting more regularly to enjoy the delights of this health enhancing garden Sauna. We all agree on the high quality of the Sauna aesthetics and practicality.
For anyone considering a similar venture I can thoroughly recommend Heracles Wellness and the Leil Black Cube Sauna.
