Haljas Hele Nano Outdoor Sauna 2 Seater

All Haljas products are made to order in Estonia, the home of the sauna. We will handle everything in terms of delivery to your doorstep, however the sauna will need to be unloaded by you the customer. Please consult this installation guide.

Delivery to your doorstep is free; however, unloading and positioning are not included in the price. All Haljas saunas are delivered fully assembled.

Assembled Deliveries

Assembled saunas cannot be offloaded by hand. Depending on access, you have three options: forklift, HIAB, or crane.

• Forklift: If there is enough space to move the sauna from the truck to its final position, a forklift is the most cost-effective option.

• HIAB: For lifting the sauna over a fence or wall near the road, a HIAB is a practical and affordable choice.

• Crane: If your sauna’s final position is far from the road and lacks forklift access, a crane will be necessary.

The warranty for Haljas Saunas material and manufacturing defects applies for 24 months.

The warranty applies on the prerequisite that the product is being used and cared for according to the manufacturers’ manuals.

Commercial Use

In case of commercial use, the warranty applies for 6 months.

Conditions

• The warranty does not cover naturally occurring and expected characteristics of wood materials (differences in wood grain, knots, slight variations in tone) and phenomena that occur naturally during use of the product (shrinkage and expansion due to temperature and humidity, moderate deformation).
• The warranty does not cover natural wear and tear that occurs during the intended use of the product.
• The warranty does not cover man-made injuries to the product.
• The warranty does not cover injuries or defects caused by the use of wrong cleaning compounds or methods.
• The warranty does not cover indirect costs such as a reconstruction or a removal of a terrace beneath the sauna.
• In case of any issues concerning the warranty please contact the manufacturer or distributor immediately.
• The warranty will be broken in case of an independent fixing of the product.

14-day return policy

• Should the goods purchased from not be suitable to you for some reason, you have the right to return the product within 14 days and get a 100% refund.
• In order to return the product, please send us an email (info@heracleswellness.co.uk) and we will guide you from there.
• In the event of deterioration of the goods, the buyer shall be liable for the reduction in value if he has used the goods in a manner other than necessary to ascertain their nature, characteristics and functioning. In order to inspect the nature, characteristics and functioning of the products, the buyer may handle and use them only as he is normally allowed to do in the shop.
• We will refund the sum paid for the returned product to the purchaser’s bank account without delay, but no later than within 14 days from the date we receive a withdrawal application from the purchaser.
• The return policy does not apply to goods that are not suitable for returning due to health protection or hygiene reasons and if the goods have been opened following delivery.

The electrical supply required will depend on the kW rating of your chosen heater. We strongly recommend consulting with an electrician prior to any installation.

Typically, a 'dedicated' supply is utilised, similar to those for electric showers or cookers.

To calculate Amps:

• Divide the Watts (e.g., 6000 for a 6kW heater) by the Volts (commonly 230)
• Therefore, the Amps for a 6kW heater approximately equal 25

This small table covers domestic sauna heaters:

• 2.3kW = approximately 10 Amps
• 3.0kW = 13 Amps
• 3.6kW = 15 Amps
• 4.5kW = 19 Amps
• 6.0kW = 26 Amps
• 8.0kW = 35 Amps
• Heaters above 8.0 kW typically require a Three-Phase (commercial-type) supply.
