If you are considering purchasing a sauna, then look no further than Heracles Wellness saunas, I cannot recommend this company enough-the customer service was exceptional from start to finish. The quality of all the components from the interior to the exterior are first class and made to a very high standard.
With the exception of the electrics, which took half a day, a carpenter with myself fetching, holding and brewing it took us 1-1/2 days to build.
We’ve now been using it for 3 weeks and we cannot believe just how good it is, there isn’t one negative thing I can say about it, or the company, it has exceeded our expectations and we set very high standards in quality and customer service. Once again don’t look any further these are the real deal. Thank you !

Great custom service, I contacted Keith regarding a couple of queries before committing to buy, whom got back to me the same evening (sunday). The kit arrived really quick, packaged very securely, via a flat bed truck and was easy to assemble following the instructions. Had a couple of minor things during assembly but nothing common sense couldn't sort ! Had the sauna now for a few weeks and we really love it. It heats up in about 20mins and holds the heat very well. The heater seems to be of good quality as do the lights. I had looked at various other companies and I'm very glad I choose this one, highly recommended 👌

We could not be happier with our purchase. We have wanted a home sauna for a while but space and cost was always a sticking point. Infrared was an option as these tend to be smaller in size but we really wanted that traditional sauna heat feeling so the Camilla Mini was the absolutely ideal size. When shopping around we found other companies would appear competitive but the timber would be a lower grade like fir wood or thinner. Then other companies would offer a smaller heater which was our biggest concern - pointless having a traditional sauna if it takes ages to heat up. Then when you try and add lighting (which is a must to give it that premium feel) the price goes up even further. I then came across this Camilla Mini complete kit which is a fantastic price but the product itself is so good. I pre ordered the product which arrived on time, i choose to build myself with a family member who is a qualified joiner, it does take time but is straight forward enough to build, all in all it took us just over 2 1/2 days to build and treat with 2 coats of oil. As you can see from the images we choose to flip which side the heater goes as I wanted all the cables hidden to the side facing the house so the side facing the garden looks clean and smart. I then had a qualified electrician fit all the electrics, which again is straight forward if you have easy access to your main board but does take time to run all the armoured cable (try and pre book your electrician with your delivery as you'll want to use it straight away). Using the product is brilliant, the heater is very easy to use and takes approx. 15mins to get to 80 degrees and 25 mins to get to 100+ degrees (this is when used in the month of December), the sauna holds heat really well and we've had 3 people comfortably on the top bench. I would highly recommend this product and the pre sale and after sale help from Keith and Abdullah has been brilliant.

Our Leil Black Cube Sauna has exceeded our expectations in every way. We wanted a sauna which blended with our garden setting, to provide spa like quality without crowding our outdoor space. It's elegant compact design is spacious enough on the inside to fully recline, whilst occupying a relatively small footprint. It's sleek, black exterior has allowed it to blend in with both our vegetation and existing structures.
The smoked glass windows allow us privacy whilst being able to enjoy all the benefits of our garden scenery. The interior is so comfortable we are already doubling up its use as a winter garden room, where we can enjoy observing visiting wildlife which remains oblivious to our presence.
We have opted for the HUUM heater which achieves temperature in under 30 minutes, even when its close to freezing outdoors. The heat is so even it matches anything we have experienced in specialised spa resorts, and the compact design means that half a ladle of water from the elegant bucket supplied, brings an instant zing to the whole cabin. The adjustable LEDs enhance the ambiance of the idyllic Sauna experience.
The installation process was no less pleasing. Keith and Abdullah were so easy and pleasant to deal with. They have constantly checked on my satisfaction, and helped me through all the installation process with several hints and tips. The mechanical installation team were a delight, and negotiated our narrow and inticrate entrance without fuss. A team of three worked tirelessly from dawn until dusk to complete the process in one long day. They were so pleasant, and the handover was simplified by a thorough supplied checklist.
One part of the installation which is seperate, and should not be underestimated (in price or time) is the electrics. It took 2 engineers several hours, just to wire the sauna, and it also needs a seperate supply from the mains unit, which is also a substantial activity. Fortunately Heracles supply a list of experienced electricians which allow for a more efficient and quality process.
It is also easy to overlook the foundations, and I nearly did! Our garden is on a slope and normal foundations would have been costly and time consuming. So at the last minute, I chose to employ ground screws. I was lucky to discover a company called 'No more digging'. They too were a delight to work with, and they interacted with Heracles to produce an unobtrusive substructure, that they prebuilt. This meant the entire foundation was installed inside 90 minutes at a very reasonable cost!!
This option which impressed the Heracles team, has the bonus of maintaining excellent air circulation underneath the sauna, but does raise its height such that a step access needs to be factored in.
Don't just take our word for it, but our son and daughters are visiting more regularly to enjoy the delights of this health enhancing garden Sauna. We all agree on the high quality of the Sauna aesthetics and practicality.
For anyone considering a similar venture I can thoroughly recommend Heracles Wellness and the Leil Black Cube Sauna.

I had been researching saunas for my garden and came across Hercules wellness. Reading the reviews I decided this was the company I definitely wanted to go with them, plus the fact that they did the choice of sauna and heaters that I wanted.
From first contact I was not disappointed and the service has been brilliant from initial enquiry to purchase and then install. Any questions I had were answered and all information supplied was fantastic.
The installation team were so efficient, polite and absolutely were experts in their field. In addition to putting up my wonderful sauna, they helped my electrician with guidance & a few tips, which was much appreciated.
The sauna itself and 6kw spirit heater I’m so pleased with, it’s been a brilliant purchase from brilliant company.

We have been delighted with our sauna and our experience with yourselves has been perfect from day 1. We were initially apprehensive about the speed of delivery and we should not been concerned, as I recall the kit arrived within a couple of weeks. You advocate the use of your team of builders to construct the sauna and having built it as a kit, this I fully understand. You need to be experienced and confident to undertake yourself. That said the quality of the components was excellent and no single element caused concern.

You will be unsurprised to hear our only issue was getting the electrician back to finally connect it to the bespoke power supply we had already had installed.

After researching for 1 full year and going through possibly every sauna company in the UK, I stumbled upon Keith, Brian, and Abdullah. What an all star team, all the way through to their installation team. Not only were they kind and infinitely patient in the pre-purchase phase but this same professionalism continues even after completion. Every single other suana company lost me as a customer becuase I had many questions and ultimately they just decided I wasn't worth the time, but every one at Heracles Wellness actively made time and valued my custom. When other companies dodged questions about manufacturing details and certification of quality Heracles response was one of respect towards diligence. This was my personal #1 reason for buying from them. However, I will tell you 3 other objective things they exceed at: price point, balance of quality where it matters, and turn around time. So if you're anxious about having to wait months, or get a product that won't last, or get overcharged then look no further, you've found the best in the biz. They have a customer-centric business model. They have smart incentives and even a scheme where you can go see previous buyer's suanas. They don't cut corners or pinch pennies. They want you the customer to feel satisfied and this feels genuine from start to finish. Just give them a call and you'll see what I'm talking about. If there's one thing you don't want buyer's remorse about its a sauna. We were looking for a nice looking sauna heater for our project and this one ticked all the boxes .
Look, quality, ease of installation.

I’d been looking for a sauna for quite a while. Because of limited access to my back garden it had to be a flat-pack unit I could carry through the house. We’ve never had a sauna in the family before and, although I knew I enjoyed them, I didn’t want to spend too much. I’m also not a big fan of the barrel-style saunas because of their round design.

I know Keith from Heracles personally and when he offered me the Modus demo unit I couldn’t resist. A friend helped me bring everything through the house, we stained it black and assembled it the next day. Installation was very straightforward. I am not keen on the understructure though, so I will probably cover it up to improve the look.

The structure itself is Nordic spruce, and with the heat the material releases a little resin from the pockets. It’s not an issue though – once it’s dry it can be scraped off. All in all, absolutely recommend it. Heats up really fast with the harvia cilindro and the steam is great! Make sure to clean the interior from dust after assembly... my first steam was... dusty!

From start to finish, the service has been nothing short of exceptional. The team were professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. The installers did a brilliant job, efficient, tidy, and made sure everything was set up perfectly. I couldn’t be happier with my new sauna; the quality is outstanding and it’s already become my favourite place to relax. Dealing with Heracles Wellness has been a pleasure, and I would highly recommend them to anyone considering a sauna.

We are so pleased with our sauna. To start with, it looks amazing, and the quality is really impressive. The lighting and juniper wall are incredible and having it all WiFi enabled is great.

I went to see a sauna the team had supplied and fitted at a previous customer’s house which really helped with the decision making (although I warn you that you will end up upselling yourself!)
Keith and Abdullah were really helpful all the way through the process in terms of ordering, and managing the delivery and installation arrangements.

The materials are lovely and the kit has everything to get you going.

I was throughly impressed how good good the unit it is, and it seems to be a better price than anywhere else.
