Delivery Time

As the hot tubs are large items, it takes time to plan a successful delivery. As such we aim to deliver and install your hot tub within 2 to 4 weeks from time of your order.

All orders come with Free Delivery to the UK Mainland. Read more on our Shipping policy here.

Included in the price is delivery and positioning of your hot tub in your desired location.

Once you have ordered we will send you lots of helpful tips to prepare for the delivery of your hot tub including this site preparation document.

We highly recommend consulting a qualified electrician prior to the delivery of your hot tub to make sure you have the correct electrics in place.

Warranty Coverage:

• 5-year warranty on the shell structure of the spa, covering water loss due to structural failure.
• 1-year warranty on the shell surface, protecting against water loss from material defects such as cracks and peeling.
• 2-year warranty on the Control System and control panel.
• 1-year warranty on electrical equipment components, including pumps and heater.
• 1-year warranty on the ozone generator.
• 1-year warranty on audio system components.
• 1-year warranty on LED lights (excludes LED bulbs).
• 90-day warranty on basic and optional spa components.

Warranty Limitations:

• Limited warranty excludes damage caused by misuse or lack of maintenance.
• Parts exchange or replacement covered only if faulty parts are returned.
• Guarantee service requires presentation of original invoice or sales receipt.
• Transport costs and risks are not covered.
• Radio/Bluetooth/Wi-Fi reception is not covered by warranty.
• Various exclusions apply, including chemical misuse, unauthorised alterations, improper use, and use of unauthorised sanitisers.

Disclaimers:

• Warranty does not apply for incidental or consequential damage.
• Liability under the Limited Warranty does not exceed the original purchase price.
• Coverage begins from the original date of purchase.
• Labour costs are not covered by the warranties.

Order Cancellation

From the moment you order you have 7 days to change your mind and receive a full refund back to the same method that you used to pay.  If you wish to cancel your order after the cooling-off period (7 days) , we can refund you back only 70% of the amount paid for the bespoke product and any of the coolers this applies from day 8 till day 27.

Returns

If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you're entitled to request a return within 30 days of receipt.

If you decide to manage the return process yourself, you'll need to capture photographs and videos, showing the condition of the tub, and send them to info@heracleswellness.co.uk alongside your return request. In some cases, additional photos or a video of the hot tub in working order may be requested. Please note, if the courier arranged by you damages or misplaces the goods, we may not be able to process the 70% refund. If the damaged goods can be repaired, the repair cost will be deducted from your refund.

For returns regarding other items such as filters, chemicals, cleaning supplies, covers, stools etc., please contact our customer support team at info@heracleswellness.co.uk, provided the items are unused and in their original condition. A refund will be processed within 2-5 working days upon receipt of these returned items.

Please note that delivery charges will not be refunded if a customer changes their mind and decides to return the product.

Please consult with a qualified electrician prior to the arrival of your hot tub.

Although this only requires a 13 Amp supply, you will need to supply a cable with a plug attached to provide power from the electrical supply socket. The cable must be long enough to reach around your tub to the position you require the control panel to be.

If you are placing your tub outside then you will require an ip65 waterproof socket and you will still need to supply some form of armoured cable with plug attached and ideally a protective metal conduit for the cable to be protected from garden tools, animals etc.
