The floor is covered with waterproof PVC for practicality and elegance, while the insulated ceiling is made from STS thermo aspen wood, adding a touch of aesthetic appeal.
Double Tempered Glass
The sauna doors and windows are grey double-tempered glass, ensuring durability even in extreme temperature changes. The sauna door is equipped with a premium black door hinges and black handle.
Enhanced Lighting and Ambiance
As optional extras, the Primo Sauna can be equipped with both exterior and interior LED lighting. Delivery Information
Delivery to your doorstep is free; however, unloading and positioning are not included in the price. Our sauna pallets are large, typically weighing around a tonne, and arrive on a flatbed truck. Special consideration is needed for unloading.
Flat Pack / DIY Assemblies
For flat pack deliveries, you have two options for unloading: by hand or with a forklift. We strongly recommend hiring a forklift as it is quicker and much safer. If you need help finding a forklift hire service in your area, we can arrange this for an additional fee.
If you choose to unload by hand, we recommend having at least two, preferably three people, to safely and efficiently unload each piece.
Assembled Deliveries
Assembled saunas cannot be offloaded by hand. Depending on access, you have three options: forklift, HIAB, or crane.
• Forklift: If there is enough space to move the sauna from the truck to its final position, a forklift is the most cost-effective option.
• HIAB: For lifting the sauna over a fence or wall near the road, a HIAB is a practical and affordable choice.
• Crane: If your sauna’s final position is far from the road and lacks forklift access, a crane will be necessary.

At Heracles Wellness, we are confident in the quality of the products we offer. Therefore, we provide a 2-year guarantee on all Saunasell products. Full terms of the warranty can be found in the user manuals, but here are the main points;
- The products come with a 24-month warranty that covers material and production defects, effective from the delivery date.
- The warranty is applicable only if the user has adhered to the guidelines outlined in the user manuals.
- The warranty is invalidated if the sauna is not assembled by Saunasell OÜ.
- Please note: Warranty periods vary for products mounted on trailers and those intended for commercial use.
- The warranty does not extend to natural wood characteristics such as discolouration, dimensional changes, or cracking due to fluctuating or excessive humidity.
- Exclusions also apply to normal wear and tear from usage, as well as damages resulting from improper installation or misuse.
- Weather-related damages, including those caused by thunder, are not covered under the warranty.
- Damage resulting from incorrect installation by the client is also excluded from coverage.
- The warranty will be void if unauthorised modifications or repairs are attempted, or if the product is used for purposes other than its intended function.
- Incorrect storage or maintaining the product under inappropriate conditions will void the warranty.
- To activate the warranty service, any defects must be reported to the seller within 7 days of discovery.

The electrical supply required will depend on the kW rating of your chosen heater. We strongly recommend consulting with an electrician prior to any installation.
Typically, a 'dedicated' supply is utilised, similar to those for electric showers or cookers.
To calculate Amps:
- Divide the Watts (e.g., 6000 for a 6kW heater) by the Volts (commonly 230)
- Therefore, the Amps for a 6kW heater approximately equal 25
This small table covers domestic sauna heaters:
- 2.3kW = approximately 10 Amps
- 3.0kW = 13 Amps
- 3.6kW = 15 Amps
- 4.5kW = 19 Amps
- 6.0kW = 26 Amps
- 8.0kW = 35 Amps
- Heaters above 8.0 kW typically require a Three-Phase (commercial-type) supply.
We strongly advise the use of a fully qualified electrician, compliant with all Government Regulations.
