Sweetboro is a 13 amp hot tub. You will need a suitable outdoor electrical supply ready before delivery, normally an IP65-rated waterproof socket with appropriate armoured cabling and protection, installed by a qualified electrician.

The cable must be long enough to reach the hot tub position safely. Do not run outdoor hot tubs from unsuitable extension leads or temporary power arrangements.

Delivery Time
As the hot tub is a large item, delivery and positioning need to be planned in advance. Typical delivery times are approximately 2–4 weeks from order, although this may vary depending on location and availability.

Free Delivery & Positioning
Free mainland UK delivery and positioning are included, subject to suitable access. Our delivery team will arrange a convenient delivery date and will transport the hot tub to its final location using specialist equipment known as a spa sled. The hot tub is typically moved on its side and carefully rolled into position before being unloaded.

This service is dependent on there being sufficient access to the installation area, with no steps, steep inclines, narrow passages, or other obstructions that would prevent safe movement of the hot tub.

Please ensure a suitable, solid, flat and level base is prepared before delivery.

Installation
The included service covers delivery and positioning only. Full installation and commissioning are available at an additional cost and can be arranged when ordering.

Restricted Access & Additional Requirements
If the hot tub cannot be safely moved into position using standard access routes, additional equipment or services may be required. Any crane lifts, hiab lifts, lifting over buildings, walls or fences, or other specialist access arrangements are not included and must be organised and paid for by the customer. Deliveries to islands, remote areas, or locations with restricted access may also incur additional charges.

Warranty Coverage:

• 5-year warranty on the shell structure of the spa, covering water loss due to structural failure.
• 1-year warranty on the shell surface, protecting against water loss from material defects such as cracks and peeling.
• 2-year warranty on the control system and control panel.
• 1-year warranty on electrical equipment components, including pumps and heater.
• 1-year warranty on the ozone generator.
• 1-year warranty on audio system components.
• 1-year warranty on LED lights, excluding LED bulbs.
• 90-day warranty on basic and optional spa components.

Warranty Limitations:

• Limited warranty excludes damage caused by misuse, chemical misuse, unsuitable installation, lack of maintenance, unauthorised alteration or improper use.
• Parts exchange or replacement is covered only if faulty parts are returned when requested.
• Guarantee service requires presentation of the original invoice or sales receipt.
• Transport costs, labour costs and risks are not covered unless confirmed otherwise in writing.
• Radio, Bluetooth and Wi-Fi reception are not covered by warranty.

Order Cancellation

From the moment you order, you have 7 days to change your mind and receive a full refund back to the same method that you used to pay. If you cancel after the cooling-off period, deductions may apply because this is a large, ordered product.

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 30 days of receipt, subject to the product being unused, undamaged and in returnable condition.

If you manage the return process yourself, you must provide photographs and videos showing the condition of the hot tub and packaging. If a courier arranged by you damages or loses the goods, we may not be able to process the full refund.

Delivery charges, failed access costs and return shipping costs are not refunded when a customer changes their mind. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
