Q. How is it delivered?

The Dice Comfy can be delivered on a large pallet weighing approximately 850kg for 2.0m and 950kg for 2.4m, using a tail lift truck or can be delivered assembled.

Upon arrival, the pallet can be transferred onto a pump truck trolley and carefully wheeled onto the tail lift. The tail lift can then be lowered, and our driver will move the pallet as far into your driveway as possible.

Please note: if you have a gravel driveway, this may present a challenge for the trolley. To help ensure smooth delivery, we recommend laying down mats or boards in advance if you’d like the pallet wheeled across the gravel.

Q. How big is the pallet it is delivered on?

The pallet measures approximately:

1.2m (H) x 2.25m (D) x 1.20m (L) for 2.0m. 

1.2m (H) x 2.50m (D) x 1.20m (L) for 2.4m.

You’ll need enough space on your driveway for it to be dropped off. If that’s not possible, our drivers will leave it kerbside, and it will need to be unpacked by hand—either by you or our assembly team.

Q. How much does it cost to get it assembled by the Heracles Team?

Assembly for this model starts at £1,500 + VAT, with the final cost depending on your location—prices increase the further we travel from London. A team of 3 carpenters will build it for you in one full day. To get an accurate quote, just send us your postcode and we’ll confirm the exact cost.

Installation is invoiced separately and typically arranged closer to your delivery date. While it’s possible to hire a local carpenter for assembly, please note that our team has extensive experience building this exact model, ensuring everything is done efficiently and correctly.

Q. How long does it take to get hot?

Typically, it takes around 30-35 minutes to reach 80°C. However, this can vary depending on factors such as the outside temperature, wind conditions, ventilation settings, and the intensity level you choose. 

Q. How many people does this hold?

The bench along the back is 2m and 1.3m in the side, so you could easily seat 4-5 people. You could also have one person lying down along the back, and another with their back against the wall and legs fully extended.

Q. What base do I need?

When planning the base for your Dice Comfy, there are two key requirements to keep in mind.

First, the base must be completely level, and secondly, it must be able to support the weight of the sauna and the maximum number of users. The sauna itself weighs starting from 850kg's, so be sure to account for an additional 500kg's for users when choosing your base material. This can include concrete, patio decking, tiles, asphalt, and more, as long as it is flat and sturdy enough to hold up to 1,500kg's.

To avoid any potential issues, it is recommended to avoid placing the base on a slope or an area prone to water pooling.

Q. What maintenance is required after I assemble my sauna?

Your Dice Comfy already comes with treatment oil, so after it's assembled there will be no maintenance for 12 months. We recommend then treating the wood every 12 months to prevent the colour from fading. You can use any breathable oil based treatment for this such as Osmo oil, linked below.

Q. Can the sauna be painted a different colour?

Yes, you can paint it any colour you like as long as it is a breathable treatment.

Q. Why is there no insulation in this sauna?

Most simply put, it's not necessary. This is a compact sauna, the thermowood is 40mm thick and has excellent insulation properties and the sauna is designed to minimise heat loss.

Q. How long will it take to assemble my Dice Comfy if I opt for the DIY version?

If you are handy with tools and have someone helping you, it could be done in a couple of days. However, most do it in a week or so. Our install team will do it in one day.

Q. Do I need a 3 phase supply?

No, however, you must get a qualified electrician to connect your heater to your power supply. You will need an isolator as a minimum. 

Q. Do we have a showroom?

Not yet, however, we have a referral scheme where existing customers can let you view their sauna. If you let us know where you are based, we can see if there's an already installed sauna near you.

Q. What does the WiFi heater allow me to do?

You can control the sauna from anywhere via the Huum smartphone app, as long as your heater is connected to your home WiFi and your phone has internet.

Q. Does the WiFi control work on all networks?

The WiFi controller only supports 2.4GHz networks. Make sure your router can transmit this frequency.

Q. What electrical setup is required?

The sauna requires a qualified electrician to install. Wiring details are provided in the manuals under the “Electrical Supply” section. T
