Suncube saunas are delivered fully assembled.

Delivery to your doorstep is included in the price, however, unloading is not as every site is different. You will need either a fork lift, HIAB or crane to get your sauna into position.

To protect the sauna’s base frame, it is recommended to install the sauna above ground level. Place a water-resistant material, such as bitumen strips, between the base frame and the surface to prevent direct contact with the ground.

Assembled Deliveries

Assembled saunas cannot be offloaded by hand. Depending on access, you have three options: forklift, HIAB, or crane.

• Forklift: If there is enough space to move the sauna from the truck to its final position, a forklift is the most cost-effective option.

• HIAB: For lifting the sauna over a fence or wall near the road, a HIAB is a practical and affordable choice.

• Crane: If your sauna’s final position is far from the road and lacks forklift access, a crane will be necessary.

The Suncube M Sauna comes with a 2-year manufacturer’s warranty, ensuring peace of mind and long-lasting quality. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use, starting from the date of delivery.

Covered under the warranty are the structural CLT (Cross Laminated Timber) panels, benches and seating, as well as all factory-installed systems and components. This includes the heater and lighting components.

Please note, the warranty does not cover issues arising from improper installation, normal wear and tear (such as minor wood warping or discolouration), neglect, misuse, poor maintenance, or damage caused by environmental factors like storms or excessive snow. It also excludes unauthorised modifications or the addition of third-party products after delivery.

Should a fault occur, all warranty claims must be submitted directly to Heracles Wellness within 30 days of the issue being discovered. Claims must include a detailed description and clear photographs of the defect. Any repair work must be carried out either by Suncibeor an authorised service partner unless agreed otherwise in writing.

For the first 12 months following delivery, all repair, replacement, shipping, and labour costs are fully covered. From months 13 to 24, replacement parts are provided free of charge; however, shipping and labour costs may apply.

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser at the original installation address. Suncubes' liability under this warranty is limited to the original purchase price of the sauna and does not extend to any indirect or consequential damages.

At Heracles Wellness, we take pride in offering high-quality, made-to-order saunas tailored to your unique needs. Due to the bespoke nature of these products, our returns and refund policy is designed to reflect the custom craftsmanship involved.

Why Returns Are Limited for Made-to-Order Saunas

Made-to-order saunas are personalised and manufactured based on specific customer requirements. As such, these items cannot be resold or restocked, which is why we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds once fabrication has begun.

We encourage you to carefully review all details of your order before confirming, including dimensions, features, and finishes.

• Customisation Acknowledgement: By placing an order for a made-to-order sauna, you acknowledge that this is a bespoke product tailored to your specifications.

• Non-Returnable Items: Once production has started, cancellations, returns, or refunds are not permitted unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.

• Damaged or Faulty Products:

• If your sauna arrives with damage or a manufacturing defect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

• We will assess the issue and may offer a repair, replacement, or refund, depending on the situation.

• Order Review: We strongly recommend double-checking all measurements and customisations to avoid errors.

• Right to Cancel (Prior to Fabrication): You may cancel your order before fabrication begins, subject to an administration fee.

Our policy aligns with your rights under UK consumer protection laws, including:

• Consumer Rights Act 2015: This law ensures products must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. If your sauna does not meet these standards, we will take appropriate action to resolve the issue.

• Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation, and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013:

• Bespoke and made-to-order products are exempt from the standard 14-day cancellation period for online sales.

• However, your rights remain protected if the product is faulty or does not match the agreed-upon specifications.
