I had been researching saunas for my garden and came across Hercules wellness. Reading the reviews I decided this was the company I definitely wanted to go with them, plus the fact that they did the choice of sauna and heaters that I wanted.
From first contact I was not disappointed and the service has been brilliant from initial enquiry to purchase and then install. Any questions I had were answered and all information supplied was fantastic.
The installation team were so efficient, polite and absolutely were experts in their field. In addition to putting up my wonderful sauna, they helped my electrician with guidance & a few tips, which was much appreciated.
The sauna itself and 6kw spirit heater I’m so pleased with, it’s been a brilliant purchase from brilliant company.

We have been delighted with our sauna and our experience with yourselves has been perfect from day 1. We were initially apprehensive about the speed of delivery and we should not been concerned, as I recall the kit arrived within a couple of weeks. You advocate the use of your team of builders to construct the sauna and having built it as a kit, this I fully understand. You need to be experienced and confident to undertake yourself. That said the quality of the components was excellent and no single element caused concern.

You will be unsurprised to hear our only issue was getting the electrician back to finally connect it to the bespoke power supply we had already had installed.

After researching for 1 full year and going through possibly every sauna company in the UK, I stumbled upon Keith, Brian, and Abdullah. What an all star team, all the way through to their installation team. Not only were they kind and infinitely patient in the pre-purchase phase but this same professionalism continues even after completion. Every single other suana company lost me as a customer becuase I had many questions and ultimately they just decided I wasn't worth the time, but every one at Heracles Wellness actively made time and valued my custom. When other companies dodged questions about manufacturing details and certification of quality Heracles response was one of respect towards diligence. This was my personal #1 reason for buying from them. However, I will tell you 3 other objective things they exceed at: price point, balance of quality where it matters, and turn around time. So if you're anxious about having to wait months, or get a product that won't last, or get overcharged then look no further, you've found the best in the biz. They have a customer-centric business model. They have smart incentives and even a scheme where you can go see previous buyer's suanas. They don't cut corners or pinch pennies. They want you the customer to feel satisfied and this feels genuine from start to finish. Just give them a call and you'll see what I'm talking about. If there's one thing you don't want buyer's remorse about its a sauna. We were looking for a nice looking sauna heater for our project and this one ticked all the boxes .
Look, quality, ease of installation.

I’d been looking for a sauna for quite a while. Because of limited access to my back garden it had to be a flat-pack unit I could carry through the house. We’ve never had a sauna in the family before and, although I knew I enjoyed them, I didn’t want to spend too much. I’m also not a big fan of the barrel-style saunas because of their round design.

I know Keith from Heracles personally and when he offered me the Modus demo unit I couldn’t resist. A friend helped me bring everything through the house, we stained it black and assembled it the next day. Installation was very straightforward. I am not keen on the understructure though, so I will probably cover it up to improve the look.

The structure itself is Nordic spruce, and with the heat the material releases a little resin from the pockets. It’s not an issue though – once it’s dry it can be scraped off. All in all, absolutely recommend it. Heats up really fast with the harvia cilindro and the steam is great! Make sure to clean the interior from dust after assembly... my first steam was... dusty!

From start to finish, the service has been nothing short of exceptional. The team were professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. The installers did a brilliant job, efficient, tidy, and made sure everything was set up perfectly. I couldn’t be happier with my new sauna; the quality is outstanding and it’s already become my favourite place to relax. Dealing with Heracles Wellness has been a pleasure, and I would highly recommend them to anyone considering a sauna.

We are so pleased with our sauna. To start with, it looks amazing, and the quality is really impressive. The lighting and juniper wall are incredible and having it all WiFi enabled is great.

I went to see a sauna the team had supplied and fitted at a previous customer’s house which really helped with the decision making (although I warn you that you will end up upselling yourself!)
Keith and Abdullah were really helpful all the way through the process in terms of ordering, and managing the delivery and installation arrangements.

The materials are lovely and the kit has everything to get you going.

I was throughly impressed how good good the unit it is, and it seems to be a better price than anywhere else.

The only thing I would say is that instructions could do with some work.

I can’t recommend Heracles enough the service and product are first class, Ordering , delivery and installation completed within 2 weeks, where as I had been waiting for over a year from another company.

Keith was first class with all his advice and the installation team completed the install in about 6 hours truly a faultless service.

When we first seriously starting thinking about installing a sauna at home we did a lot of research about the different companies and products available. Heracles Wellness stood out from the crowd, both with the detailed information available on their website and the number of glowing customer reviews.

A helpful call with Keith later on in the process helped answer all our questions around ongoing maintenance needs, installation concerns and costs, particularly around the electrical install which, depending on the planned location of your sauna can be a considerable extra expense.

Delivery and installation was prompt, efficient and at a time that suited us. Communication throughout was timely, friendly and helpful. We elected to have the Heracles team install the sauna and we are so glad that we did, the quality of the build is truly excellent.

We couldn't be happier with our sauna set up and know that we'll only continue to see the benefits and enjoyment of it as the darker nights draw in. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Heracles Wellness and advise anyone who is thinking about installing a home sauna to do it, you won't regret it!

Customer from East Sussex. On 23 July 25 my sauna kit was delivered and on 25 July 2025 it was assembled. I had great experience with Heracles Wellness. I chose them among a wide range of companies due to their great reviews, thorough information on the website, competitive price and great support through the purchase, delivery and assembly service. I had my initial chat with Keith on the website. He was amazing and really patient with all my many questions. This an expensive investment for my family and Keith was great to ensure understand all aspects of this purchase and warranty. Then, it was Abdullah who took over updating me on every step and booking delivery and assemly. I do not recall the name of the delivery person, but he was ever so careful and polite. The assembly team, Pavel’s team arrived on time and worked non-stop to put the sauna together. I really recommend assembly as it is hassle free service. I had my own electrician connecting the sauna which was quick. I might need to mention that the reset button on the heater may require some force as switch is stiff when you. We were afraid to apply the force not to break anything and the sauna did not heat up more than 49 degrees Celsius. We found the information about adding some force initially on support Harvia website. The sauna heated the first time in about 39-35 minutes to 90 degrees. We had a go with my family and it was AMAZING 🤩. We will be enjoying the sauna more often from now on as it has a lot of health benefits. My skin was rejuvenated after the session. We already applied the Tikkurila sauna protection oil inside out, as recommended on the HW website. It made the wood just slightly darker, cheek blush effect I called it :). Also added an extra pleasant fragrance to the wood. The wood smell inside the sauna is also great. All in all, I am ever so grateful to HW guys. I hope the sauna will work well and serve us many years of joy. I strongly recommend HW for being professional and supportive! Adding some photos to convince those who are in decision mode…. 😎
