At Heracles Wellness, we offer free delivery on all products. Our delivery protocol is designed to guarantee prompt dispatch and setup of Optimal Health Hyperbaric Chambers, coupled with complimentary onsite training for our clientele based in the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland.

For Orders within the UK and ROI:

Every order from the UK and ROI enjoys free shipping, setup, and a hands-on training session. The typical processing and dispatch timeframe is within a week post-order. Following your order, a consultants will reach out to you to fix an installation appointment. Deliveries to the UK and ROI regions are generally completed within 1-2 weeks from the order date, with available installation dates being shared accordingly.

For your peace of mind, all home-use Optimal Health Hyperbaric Chambers come with a 36-month warranty against product defects. If you encounter any issues, simply let us know, and we'll either send a replacement part or dispatch an engineer to resolve the problem. Please note that the warranty doesn't cover general wear and tear, misuse, water damage, or other issues not related to manufacturing defects. Furthermore on all of  our commercial-use chambers for sale, we provide a 12-month warranty under the same terms.

We offer a 14-day return policy on Optimal Health Hyperbaric Chambers, allowing you to request a return within 14 days of receiving your item. For a return to be eligible, ensure that the chamber and accompanying equipment remain in the condition received and retain their original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required. Initiating a return is straightforward—simply contact us at info@heracleswellness.co.uk. Upon receiving your request, our installation team will get in touch to schedule a convenient collection date and time. Please be aware that all returns must be pre-arranged through us; unsolicited returns will not be accepted. Note that the cost of shipping returns is borne by the buyer.

Inspect your order thoroughly upon installation, and report immediately if any item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, enabling us to address and rectify the issue promptly. For our customers in the European Union, a 14-day cooling-off period applies, where you can cancel or return your order within 14 days, no justification needed, albeit with the same conditions as stated above. Regarding refunds, once we receive and inspect your return, we will inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, expect a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days, bearing in mind that your financial institution may require additional time to process and post the refund. Our return policy excludes the F Range fixed chambers due to their custom-built nature, and are sold under separate agreements.
