Saunasell saunas are delivered in a pallet by default, and come with detailed installation instructions. You can view these instructions here.

Delivery to your doorstep is free. Using a forklift to offload is strongly advised, regardless of whether the sauna is delivered as a flat pack or assembled. Many customers arrange delivery to a site with forklift access. We recommend being on-site with a trailer that can handle loads up to 1,600 kg and 5 metres long. If a forklift is unavailable, manual offloading is possible with 4-6 people; note that the driver will not assist but will provide 2 hours for offloading, with a penalty fee for any additional time.

We'll coordinate the flatbed delivery to suit your schedule, notifying you once the pickup date is confirmed and keeping you updated until delivery.

If forklift access is impractical, hiring a crane or a HIAB might be necessary. While we can facilitate this, however, arranging it yourself is usually more cost-effective.

At Heracles Wellness, we are confident in the quality of the products we offer. Therefore, we provide a 2-year guarantee on all Saunasell products. Full terms of the warranty can be found in the user manuals, but here are the main points;

• The products come with a 24-month warranty that covers material and production defects, effective from the delivery date.
• The warranty is applicable only if the user has adhered to the guidelines outlined in the user manuals.
• The warranty is invalidated if the sauna is not assembled by Saunasell OÜ.
• Please note: Warranty periods vary for products mounted on trailers and those intended for commercial use.
• The warranty does not extend to natural wood characteristics such as discolouration, dimensional changes, or cracking due to fluctuating or excessive humidity.
• Exclusions also apply to normal wear and tear from usage, as well as damages resulting from improper installation or misuse.
• Weather-related damages, including those caused by thunder, are not covered under the warranty.
• Damage resulting from incorrect installation by the client is also excluded from coverage.
• The warranty will be void if unauthorised modifications or repairs are attempted, or if the product is used for purposes other than its intended function.
• Incorrect storage or maintaining the product under inappropriate conditions will void the warranty.
• To activate the warranty service, any defects must be reported to the seller within 7 days of discovery.

The electrical supply required will depend on the kW rating of your chosen heater. We strongly recommend consulting with an electrician prior to any installation.

Typically, a 'dedicated' supply is utilised, similar to those for electric showers or cookers.

To calculate Amps:

• Divide the Watts (e.g., 6000 for a 6kW heater) by the Volts (commonly 230)
• Therefore, the Amps for a 6kW heater approximately equal 25

This small table covers domestic sauna heaters:

• 2.3kW = approximately 10 Amps
• 3.0kW = 13 Amps
• 3.6kW = 15 Amps
• 4.5kW = 19 Amps
• 6.0kW = 26 Amps
• 8.0kW = 35 Amps
• Heaters above 8.0 kW typically require a Three-Phase (commercial-type) supply.

We strongly advise the use of a fully qualified electrician, compliant with all Government Regulations.
