The kit heater cannot be swapped. Choose the made-to-order Aris Lite if you want a different heater or control setup. Final electrical connection must be completed by a qualified electrician.

The Aris Lite Kit includes the Aris Lite sauna cabin, Harvia KIP80 8kW black heater with stones, dimmable LEDs behind the backrest and under the bench, and a bucket, ladle and thermometer set. Flat-pack delivery and unloading to mainland England and Wales are also included.

Yes. The Aris Lite Kit is currently a special pre-order offer at £7,499. When the kit is held in stock, the price is expected to increase.

The kit includes dimmable LEDs behind the backrest and under the bench. That gives the cabin a softer evening glow without harsh overhead lighting, and lets you turn the brightness up or down depending on the session.

The 2.12m internal bench seats three in comfort and four at classic sauna closeness. In the spec table we describe this as up to 4 people, with 3 in comfort.

If you want the same kit value in a smaller footprint, compare it with the Aris Mini Kit. If you want to choose the heater and finishes yourself, the made-to-order Aris Lite is the better route.

The external dimensions are 2238mm wide, 1764mm deep and 2200mm high. Internal dimensions are 2120mm wide, 1646mm deep and 2040mm high.

The Aris Lite Kit arrives flat packed on a pallet of approximately 1.20 x 2.30 x 1.20m, with a sauna weight of around 650kg before packaging. Delivery and unloading to mainland England and Wales are included.

No. Delivery and installation do not include electrical connection. The Harvia heater and dimmable LED lighting must be connected by a qualified electrician.

The sauna needs stable, level ground that will not settle. Suitable options may include a concrete base, a well-prepared paving base, or a structural deck designed to take the load.

Yes. The Aris range is designed for outdoor use with ThermoWood construction, tempered glass and EPDM roof protection. Like any outdoor timber product, it still needs sensible cleaning, ventilation and periodic care.

The kit is a special fixed pre-order package that cannot be changed. Instead of starting with the sauna cabin/base set and adding paid options, the Aris Lite Kit includes the full package at £7,499: cabin, Harvia KIP80 8kW black heater with stones, dimmable LEDs behind the backrest and under the bench, bucket, ladle, thermometer and delivery to mainland England and Wales.

The made-to-order Aris Lite is also £7,499 as a starting price, but that is for the sauna cabin/base set only, with heater, lighting and accessories chosen separately. If your sauna has exposed or untreated exterior timber, use a breathable, UV-resistant and water-resistant exterior wood treatment. We recommend Tikkurila Valtti Plus Kesto or Tikkurila Valtti Plus Color. If you prefer a clear, natural finish, Osmo UV Protection Oil is a good option.

Apply the treatment after assembly and before regular use, then inspect the timber annually and re-treat it as required for the product and your site’s exposure.

For sauna-room walls, window frames and door frames, use Tikkurila Supi Sauna Finish or Tikkurila Supi Sauna Wax. For benches and backrests, use Tikkurila Supi Laudesuoja Bench Protection. Never use ordinary exterior paint, varnish or household wood treatments inside the heated sauna room.

If your sauna has factory-finished or specialist cladding, follow the supplied manual and do not overcoat it unless the manufacturer confirms the product is suitable.

These recommendations are general guidance. Check both the sauna manufacturer’s manual and the treatment manufacturer’s instructions, and satisfy yourself that the product is suitable for the timber and any existing finish before applying it. If you are unsure about a colour, request samples from the manufacturer or retailer and test one on a spare timber offcut or a small, inconspicuous area first.

Buy one 2.7-litre tin (2.7 litres total) of Tikkurila Supi Sauna Finish for the sauna-room walls and ceiling, and one 1-litre tin (1 litre total) of Tikkurila Supi Laudesuoja for the benches and backrests. For untreated exterior timber, buy either one 2.7-litre tin and one 0.9-litre tin (3.6 litres total) of Tikkurila Valtti Plus Kesto or three 0.75-litre tins (2.25 litres total) of Osmo UV Protection Oil Extra for the specified two-coat systems.

Lunawood ThermoWood does not need a rot treatment. Exterior coating is optional if you want to slow natural silvering or change the colour; confirm that the chosen finish is approved for ThermoWood before applying it.

The buying calculation uses 14.88 m² interior requiring 2.14 litres, and 3.57 m² of bench timber requiring 0.51 litres, with 12.17 m² outside requiring 3.5 litres of Valtti or 1.55 litres of Osmo. It uses the lower published coverage rate and one coat inside, two coats on untreated exterior timber, with a 15% allowance. Glass, roof shingles or membranes, the underside and confirmed factory-painted trim are excluded.

These are conservative buying allowances. Follow the current label and technical sheet for the product you choose; if its coverage or coat count differs, use those figures instead.

Yes. Our traditional saunas are suitable for commercial use, and we already supply many commercial customers.

Commercial use requires a regular maintenance regime, as it would with any sauna. This includes cleaning the sauna, inspecting and maintaining the heater stones, and re-treating or painting the timber when required. The frequency will depend on usage, location and the manufacturer's maintenance instructions.
