Delivery & Installation

The Barra cold plunge and chiller is delivered to kerb side only. Please note that due to it's width (1.1m), it will not fit through a standard doorway.

Due to it's size and weight we’d recommend several strong friends with some lifting straps or a local specialist removals firm to get your barrel in position if access is less than 1.1m.

Barra Plunge Barrel & Chiller – 2 Year Warranty

Chiller Unit (2 Years)

Covers defects in materials and workmanship including: compressor, pump, electrical components, touchscreen, and ozone generator.

Excludes: damage from freezing (water left in unit during sub-zero temperatures), power surges, improper use, or lack of filter maintenance.

Barrel (2 Years)

Covers structural defects, leaks from faulty seals, and plumbing fittings.

Excludes: natural wood characteristics (colour variation, grain differences, natural weathering), cosmetic wear from outdoor exposure, and damage from improper positioning or handling. As each barrel is upcycled from genuine whiskey casks, minor variations in appearance are considered part of its unique character and are not defects.

General Exclusions

  • Commercial use (residential use only)
  • Damage from neglected maintenance (clogged filters, chemical misuse)
  • Damage from freezing (failure to winterise properly)
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Unauthorised modifications or repairs

Barra Plunge Barrel & Chiller – Returns & Refunds Policy

Change of Mind Returns

If you change your mind, you may return your Barra Plunge within 14 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, in its original packaging, and in resaleable condition.

Due to the size and weight of this product, return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Please contact us to arrange collection or drop-off before returning.

A restocking fee of 15% may apply to cover inspection and repackaging costs.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

Damaged or Faulty Products

If your Barra Plunge arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Include photographs of the damage and your order number.

We will assess the issue and, depending on the circumstances, offer a repair, replacement, or refund at no cost to you.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order at any time before dispatch for a full refund. Once your order has been dispatched, the standard returns policy applies.

Delivery Issues

Please inspect your delivery upon arrival. If the packaging shows signs of damage, note this with the courier and photograph the items before unpacking. Report any delivery damage to us within 48 hours.
