Delivery

• At Heracles Wellness, we are pleased to offer complimentary delivery within the UK Mainland for all our products.
• For Jaquar products, the estimated delivery window is between 5 to 12 working days, but they can be delivered within 48 hours depending on your location.
• We strive to provide accurate delivery dates, as indicated above the "add to cart" button. However, please be aware that these are approximations and may be subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances.

Installation

• All Jaquar saunas come on a pallet and usually consist of 4 to 5 boxes.
• All the wiring is contained within each section, all that is required is to piece these together for easy self assembly according to the supplied instruction manual.
• A Jaquar technician will be on hand either in person or virtually to offer any advice on location of the sauna or assembly itself.
• Should you require comprehensive installation services, please don't hesitate to contact us. We can facilitate this for an additional charge, which will be determined based on factors such as your location, the condition of the installation site (indoor/outdoor), and the specifics of electrical and plumbing requirements.

Jaquar offer a 5-Year Official Warranty on all their saunas as standard. This warranty ensures protection against any manufacturing defect and covers the cost of repairs for any technical failures during the warranty period.

However, it is important to note that the Warranty does not apply if the product has been damaged or broken due to negligent use by an individual. Instances such as water spills, scrapes, abrasions, blows, scratches, and similar situations will render the Guarantee invalid.

Rest assured that Jaquar is committed to maintaining the quality and reliability of their products. The Sales Invoice will indicate the start and end dates of the Official Guarantee, serving as proof of its validity.

If you find yourself unsatisfied with your order, there is no need to worry. Simply get in touch with us via chat, phone, or email within 7 days to initiate a return.

To return the product, carefully pack it in its original packaging box, including all accessories, and attach the provided return label to the outside of the box.

We will handle the collection of the order either by arranging a pickup from your home (for bulky products) or directing you to a nearby carrier collection point.

It's important to note that with Jaquar products, there are no costs associated with cancellations or returns. The process is completely free for you.

During the 7 day return period, starting from the day you received the product, you have the right to withdraw and return it at no additional charge.

However, if you reject the product before delivery, exceptional deductions will be made from the refund to cover the shipping and return costs.

Jaguar Saunas are crafted in India and come with an Indian plug. For those opting to connect via a plug socket rather than hard-wiring, a plug change will be necessary. These saunas are compatible with a three-phase (32 amp) connection, ensuring efficient power distribution.
