As with all products on Heracles Wellness, all deliveries are FREE to the UK mainland. We also include a full install, whereby the delivery team will set your hot tub up for you.

Hot tubs are obviously large items that require planning for a successful delivery. If your hot tub is in stock we can usually have it with you within 10 working days. This depends on your location and the logistics involved in getting the hot tub to you. If the hot tub isn’t in stock, then we will keep you updated along the way.

Here's a rundown of the steps to follow for after placing your order, along with some important conditions to consider:

• After placing your order, expect a call from our customer service team within three business days to discuss and schedule a delivery time. We'll also confirm this via email.
• If you're not sure about the space required for delivery, feel free to contact us at info@heracleswellness.co.uk. We might ask for pictures or videos of the proposed delivery area.
• You need to ensure a clear path of at least 2.5m x 2.5m from the drop-off point to the final hot tub position.
• The hot tub must sit on a flat, solid surface such as concrete or patio. Grass is not suitable.
• You need to have the right electrical supply installed by a professional prior to delivery as per the specifications.
• For plug and play tubs, an outdoor socket must be within 2m of the final hot tub position. For hard-wired tubs, a professionally installed cable with breaker and isolator switch should be within 2m.
• Be aware, there could be extra delivery charges if you're located in parts of Cornwall or Scotland.
• Any necessary road closures must be arranged by you prior to delivery.
• If a crane is needed, you'll have to arrange it but we're here to help if required.
• The product warranty is provided by the manufacturer, Superior Wellness, not by us at Heracles Wellness.
• Heracles Wellness isn't responsible for any property damage or personal injury during the delivery process as it's usually carried out by third parties.
• Keep in mind that using chlorine tablets in your hot tub will invalidate the warranty - we recommend using bromine granules instead.

Superior Wellness (the manufacturer) warranty provides coverage against defects in materials and workmanship for specified components and time periods.

• 5 years on spa shell structure against water loss
• 1 year on spa shell surface against cracking, blistering, or de-lamination
• 1 year on spa plumbing against leaks
• 2 years on standard spa equipment like electronic control systems, jet pumps, circulation pump, and heater
• 1 year on ozone generator
• 1 year on blower
• 1 year on audio/video system components
• 1 year on LED lights
• 1 year on spa cabinet against defects
• 90 days on spa pillows and filter box
• 1 year on jets against manufacturing defects
• 2 years on vinyl spa covers
• 1 year on foam core spa covers
• Varying coverage on accessories per manufacturer

Other coverage periods are provided for the cabinet, pillows, filter box, jets, and accessories. The warranty is valid for original purchaser only, begins at delivery, and terminates if the spa is transferred or relocated out of the service area. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, improper installation or use, alterations, or unauthorised repairs. Legal remedies are limited to repair of defects unless otherwise required by law.

Please note, a 32-amp electrical supply is required for operation. Your electrician will need to provide a 3-core 6mm armoured cable connected to an isolator switch. Our installation team can't handle the cable installation, but we've got you covered with a chemical starter kit and a handy hot tub manual.
