At Heracles Wellness, we are pleased to offer complimentary delivery within the UK Mainland for all our products. The estimated delivery window is between 2 to 3 working days. We strive to provide accurate delivery dates, as indicated above the "add to cart" button. However, please be aware that these are approximations and may be subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances. Rest assured, we will promptly communicate any potential delays beyond the estimated dates.

Installation
The Noir comes with detailed installation instructions. It is really simple to set up with just two people in around 20 minutes, you can read the full installation instructions here.

While we ensure the delivery of the Noir right to your doorstep, should you require comprehensive installation services, please don't hesitate to contact us. We can facilitate this for an additional charge, which will be determined based on factors such as your location, the condition of the installation site (indoor/outdoor), and the specifics of electrical and plumbing requirements.

Heracles Wellness 2-Year Limited Warranty

Noir Infrared Sauna

Heracles Wellness warrants the Noir Infrared Sauna to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase, subject to the terms and conditions below.

What's Covered

• Heaters: 2 years — Low EMF mica heating panels
• Electrical Components: 2 years — Control box, wiring, and K3 touchscreen control panel
• Cabinetry: 2 years — Canadian hemlock wooden structure and panels
• Red Light Therapy Panel: 2 years
• Glass Door: 2 years — Against defects (not breakage from impact)
• Audio System & Speakers: 1 year
• LED Lighting & Chromotherapy: 1 year

Warranty Conditions

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Proof of purchase (dated invoice or receipt) is required for all warranty claims.

The sauna must be:

• Used for residential, indoor purposes only
• Installed in a dry location on a level surface
• Plugged directly into a dedicated UK wall outlet (no extension cords or power strips)
• Assembled and operated according to the instructions provided

What's Not Covered

• Commercial or rental use
• Outdoor installation or exposure to moisture
• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper installation
• Cosmetic damage including scratches, dents, or scuffs to wood or glass
• Natural variations in wood grain, colour, or minor cracks due to humidity changes
• Damage from electrical surges, power fluctuations, or incorrect voltage
• Use of unauthorised parts or modifications
• Normal wear and tear
• Freight or shipping costs for replacement parts
• Labour costs for disassembly, reassembly, or installation

Wood Characteristics

The Noir is crafted from Canadian hemlock, a durable softwood prized for its stability and natural resistance to warping. Variations in colour, grain, and minor irregularities such as small knots or fine cracks are inherent characteristics of the material and are not considered defects. Minor cracking may occur due to changes in humidity and will not affect the structural integrity or operation of the sauna.

Making a Warranty Claim

To make a claim, please contact Heracles Wellness at support@heracleswellness.co.uk with:

• Your proof of purchase
• A description of the issue
• Photographs of the affected component(s)

Our team will assess the claim and, where applicable, provide replacement parts at no charge. The customer is responsible for shipping costs associated with returning defective parts and receiving replacements. Heracles Wellness reserves the right to request the return of defective components before issuing replacements.

Limitation of Liability

Heracles Wellness shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use this product. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary by jurisdiction.

Heracles Wellness 30-Day Return Policy

Noir Infrared Sauna

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your Noir Infrared Sauna, you may return it within 30 days of delivery, subject to the following terms and conditions.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the sauna must be:

• Returned within 30 days of the delivery date
• In original, unused, and unassembled condition
• In its original packaging with all components, accessories, and documentation included
• Free from any damage, marks, odours, or signs of use

Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted if:

• The sauna has been assembled, used, or plugged in
• The original packaging has been damaged or discarded
• Any components are missing or damaged
• The product has been modified in any way
• More than 30 days have passed since delivery

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@heracleswellness.co.uk within 30 days of delivery with:

• Your order number
• Proof of purchase
• Reason for return
• Photographs of the packaged product

Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide return instructions and arrange collection.

Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Due to the size and weight of the sauna, returns must be sent via pallet courier. We can arrange collection on your behalf, with the cost deducted from your refund.

The product must be securely repackaged in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit. Heracles Wellness is not responsible for any damage that occurs during return shipping due to inadequate packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned sauna, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days.

Please note:

• Original delivery charges are non-refundable
• Return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount
• A restocking fee of 15% may apply

Damaged or Faulty Goods

If your sauna arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@heracleswellness.co.uk with photographs of the damage. Do not assemble a damaged unit. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Your Statutory Rights

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If your product is faulty or not as described, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.
