5-year commercial manufacturer’s warranty

The warranty covers material and manufacturing defects arising under normal use and maintenance.

What is covered

Where a covered fault is confirmed, replacement parts or a replacement product will be provided as appropriate. Parts service is included during the Pro warranty period. An optional service contract is available for annual calibration and on-site repair.

Making a claim

Contact Heracles first with your order number and clear photos or video showing the issue. Do not open, dismantle or modify the bed unless you have been instructed to do so as part of the assessment.

Shipping for warranty claims

For an approved manufacturer warranty claim, Nuvibody states that related shipping is covered during the first 180 days. After 180 days, return shipping and transit insurance to the assessment or service point may be the buyer’s responsibility.

Exclusions

• Negligence, improper maintenance or abnormal use
• Incorrect voltage, unsuitable wiring or failure to follow the operating instructions
• Drops, impact damage, breakage or other accidental damage
• Unauthorised modification, repair or disassembly
• Theft or loss

This manufacturer’s warranty does not affect your statutory rights.

Standard consumer orders

Nuvibody offers a 120-day return period for standard products, beginning on the day the order is received. Contact Heracles before the period expires to request a return and obtain the correct return instructions.

Return condition and costs

The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging, with all accessories. Damage or packaging deterioration beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect the product may result in a deduction for loss of value or the return being refused. Return freight and suitable transit insurance are the customer’s responsibility. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Commercial and customised orders

The 120-day consumer trial does not apply to business purchases or customised products. Commercial returns require prior written approval and the product must be unused, undamaged and in its original packaging. Cancellation before delivery may incur reasonable costs or loss of deposit. Customised or personalised units cannot be cancelled once production has started.

Damage on delivery

Inspect the delivery as soon as it arrives. Report visible damage or defects to Heracles within 24 hours, with your order number and clear photos or video. Where practical, record the damage with the carrier before accepting the delivery.

Refund timing

Approved returns are normally processed within 14 business days of reaching the warehouse. Once issued, a refund may take up to five further days to appear in your bank account.
