Please consult with a qualified electrician prior to the arrival of your hot tub.

Although this only requires a 13 Amp supply, you will need to supply a cable with a plug attached to provide power from the electrical supply socket. The cable must be long enough to reach around your tub to the position you require the control panel to be.

If you are placing your tub outside then you will require an ip65 waterproof socket and you will still need to supply some form of armoured cable with plug attached and ideally a protective metal conduit for the cable to be protected from garden tools, animals etc.

Delivery Time

As the hot tubs are large items, it takes time to plan a successful delivery. As such we aim to deliver and install your hot tub within 2 to 4 weeks from time of your order.

2 Year No Leak Shell Warranty

Equinox Spas are warranted against water loss due to defects in the spa shell for 2 years.

3 Year Frame Structure Warranty

Equinox Spas warrants if, due to the failure of the support caused by poor design, materials and production, the product cannot be used during the warranty period.

1 Year Shell Surface Warranty

Equinox Spas warrants the acrylic and surface material of the spa to be free from defects in materials and workmanship including cracks, blisters, peeling and delimitation for 1 years.

1 Year No Leak Plumbing Warranty

Equinox Spas warrants your spa against leaks caused by defects in materials and workmanship for 1 year. This warranty specifically covers leaks from the wall fittings, jet fittings, internal plumbing, internal glue joints, drains, hoses, and all bonded parts.

1 Year Component Warranty

Jets, air valves, levers, and other spa components are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for 1 year. Some parts, most of which can be changed out without the use of tools (such as filter cartridges, filter lid, spa pillows and cover locks), are not included in this warranty, but they are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship at the time of delivery to you. Spa covers and other spa accessories are specifically excluded from this warranty, although they may be covered by other warranties. Please check with your Equinox Spa dealer for details.

1 Year Component Warranty

Equinox Spas warrants the electrical components, pumps, not including fuses or seals, and other spa components against defects in materials and workmanship for 1 year.

2 Year Warranty Spatech Touchpad 

Equinox warrants the MP31 touchpad to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 2 years. This warranty does not cover commercial or industrial use spas, or spas that have been improperly installed.

2 Year Spatech Control Pack

Equinox warrants the control/heater pack (CA100 & CA300) to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 2 years. This warranty does not cover commercial or industrial use spas, or spas that have been improperly installed.

5 Year Warranty Spatech Touchscreen

Equinox warrants the TP100 Touchscreen to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 5 years. This warranty does not cover commercial or industrial use spas, or spas that have been improperly installed.

2 Year Simulated Wood Warranty

Equinox Spas warrants the simulated wood cabinet material to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for two years. This warranty specifically covers the cabinet’s structural integrity (exclusive of surface stain), including the material and assembly.

The simulated wood cosmetic finish is warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship at the time of initial delivery. Fading and weathering of the surface may occur naturally over time and are not defects. To maintain the cabinet’s appearance, refer to the spa Owner’s Manual for proper care and maintenance instructions.

1 Year LED Light Assembly Warranty

Equinox Spas warrants the factory-installed light assembly, which includes underwater and bar top lighting, to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 1 year.

1 Cover / Pillows Warranty ( Spa & Swim )

Equinox Spas warrants the factory cover/lid and pillows will be free from defects in material and workmanship for 1 year.

All warranty parts will be despatched within 48hr of the claim after its been agreed subject to the part being in stock with Equinox Spas

All warranties are reduced to 12 months only if not registered within 14 days of collection ( Spa & Swim )

ANY BROKEN, MISSING OR DAMAGED, PARTS MUST BE REPORTED WITH 3 DAYS OF COLLECTION

The following applies to all of the warranties listed:

Extent Of Warranty
This warranty extends only to the original consumer purchaser of the Equinox spas when purchased and originally installed within the country of purchase. Some parts may be excluded from the above warranty if the spa is not maintained and serviced properly or is considered to be improperly used or abused.
This Equinox spas warranty terminates upon any transfer of ownership or if the spa is installed or relocated outside the boundaries of the country of purchase or, in the case of spas purchased in the EU, if the spa is installed or relocated outside the EU, prior to the expiration of the warranty period.
No part of the spa is warranted against chemical damage. This includes, but is not limited to, deposits of limescale on the spa shell or on spa components. Correct chemical use is the sole responsibility of the customer. Spa covers are not warranted against chemical burns.
The spa shell and components are not covered against any defects which may occur because of the customer not using the cover while the spa is not in use.
This warranty does not cover damage arising from the use of unauthorised sanitisers such as trichlor, acids, calcium hypochlorite, sodium hypochlorite, peroxides or any sanitising chemical that may remain undissolved on the spa surface.
Damage to headrest pillows reported beyond the day of delivery will not be covered under warranty. Headrest pillows are to be removed from the spa when not in use.

Warranty Performance

You must give Heracles Wellness written notice of any warranty claim, along with a copy of your original purchase receipt indicating the date of the purchase, within thirty (30) days of the time you discover the claim. Equinox Spas reserves the right to inspect the malfunction or defect on location.
Your dealer or its Authorised Service Agent will repair any defects covered by this warranty. Except as described herein, you will not be charged for parts and/or labour necessary to repair the spa for defects covered by this warranty. Any part that is easily replaceable by the customer will be sent as a part only; the faulty part remains the property of Equinox Spas and may be requested to be returned to your dealer unless you are informed it is to be disposed of.
In some cases, the servicing dealer may charge you a repairperson travel/service charge that is not covered by this warranty; please contact your dealer for information regarding any such charges. 

Limitations
Except as described above, this warranty does not cover defects or damage due to normal wear and tear, improper installation, alteration without Equinox Spas prior written consent, accidents, acts of God, misuse, abuse, commercial or industrial use, use of an accessory not approved by Equinox Spas, failure to follow the spa owner’s manual, or repairs/installations made or attempted by anyone other than an authorised representative of Equinox Spas. Alteration includes, but is not limited to, any component or plumbing change, or electrical conversion.

Order Cancellation

From the moment you order you have 7 days to change your mind and receive a full refund back to the same method that you used to pay.  If you wish to cancel your order after the cooling-off period (7 days) , we can refund you back only 70% of the amount paid for the bespoke product and any of the coolers this applies from day 8 till day 27.

Returns

If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you're entitled to request a return within 30 days of receipt.

If you decide to manage the return process yourself, you'll need to capture photographs and videos, showing the condition of the tub, and send them to info@heracleswellness.co.uk alongside your return request. In some cases, additional photos or a video of the hot tub in working order may be requested. Please note, if the courier arranged by you damages or misplaces the goods, we may not be able to process the 70% refund. If the damaged goods can be repaired, the repair cost will be deducted from your refund.

For returns regarding other items such as filters, chemicals, cleaning supplies, covers, stools etc., please contact our customer support team at info@heracleswellness.co.uk, provided the items are unused and in their original condition. A refund will be processed within 2-5 working days upon receipt of these returned items.

Please note that delivery charges will not be refunded if a customer changes their mind and decides to return the product.
